I had the pleasure of working with Billy when my garage stopped working. He had previously helped me with another problem. I remember how good he was which made me call him again. As it turned out, I needed a new system entirely. I would not have known that without his help. I texted him the morning after the problem happened and he was able to fix it that same day. In just an hour and a half, he was able to install the new system, help me program the new keypad, and left my garage better than he found it. I sincerely appreciate all the hard work he did on my behalf. Just the fact that he had everything he needed to get the job done on the spot impressed me. Springs and Things Garage Door Service was great. Our original garage door broke and we couldn’t get our car out of the garage. I called and talked with Billy R. and he came out got our car out of garage. He then gave us a quote for a new one and the price was very reasonable. Sam came out and installed the door we wanted. Both Billy and Sam were very polite and professional. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a repair or replacement door.

Billy was the absolute best. Initially contacted him because I was missing a part to install a new torsion spring system (that I purchased elsewhere) & I got the part with no issue. Then, over the weekend I installed everything, only to find out that I had the wrong springs. Of course, I didn’t know this until I had everything installed & the door shot up like a rocket, coming off the tracks. As you can see from the pics, the door was in a very bad way when Billy got there a couple of hours later, on a Sunday afternoon. Not only was the door stuck half open, but the horizontal track on one side was bowed out by nearly a foot. Billy got the door down, got the correct springs installed and everything working like new. We had our door go down and Billy was there the next morning. Our spring broke and he replaced it and tuned up our door for such reasonable price. He is professional and so quick with his work. If you need anything regarding your garage door needs, this is your guy!!!
