Lousy, podunk operation, which needs to focus on professionalism and reliability. Charged us for water shares we didn't use, when the water master said they would not. Document everything in writing and prepare for legal issues if you use Springville Irrigation. (The worst kind of bureaucracy.)

Me and my husband recently bought a house and that house was flooded due to Springville irrigation company. We have been trying to work with them for months now and have reached no resolution. We were told that they were taking responsibility and going through their insurance but their insurance has been a joke and super unresponsive. After months of trying we finally got ahold of their insurance company and the truck insurance is now saying that they can’t get a hold of Springville irrigation company. We have a baby boy and currently cannot live in our house due to the flood. This company has cost us months of time that could’ve been spent in our house and now we are paying a mortgage payment for a home we cannot even live in.

They have refused to cover up the irrigation ditch unless I pay them $2000 to do their job on their right of way.

I have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks. I have hear nothing back.
