The service I received from this company is above the rest. I spoke to him over the phone, describe the job related task required and he gave me a rough estimate but incited he sees the job to make sure he didn't overcharge or the complexity of the job. Upon his arrival , I have to say it was prompt , professional and respectful. The pricing from the job estimates was great without question. I can stay on here and right everything that happened but most people would think I was paid to write such a positive review. But the truth is this compa y is privately own small , run by the technician himself. He is thoughtful and caring about customer satisfaction. Jack is a gentleman, I have been dealing with Jack since I moved to Port St Lucie 2008, he is just excellent, his prices are more than reasonable and his pumps will last forever. If every person who has a business was like Jack the world would be a better place.

While we were visiting our elderly friend (Bob), he told us that his sprinkler system wasn't working and that his out-of-town son-in-law thought it was his pump. We helped Bob research repair options and contacted Jack with Sprinkler and Pump Solutions. Jack came over within an hour of calling him, confirmed to us that it was indeed the pump...but most importantly, was able to install a pump he had on hand that another customer had declined at a fantastic price! Jack even took the time to check all sprinkler zones and replaced/repaired a number of sprinkler heads too! Jack was amazing to work with and very patient in answering our elderly friend's questions.
