Sprinkler World

I am so frustrated. The employees are rude. We went into sprinkler world at 1:30 today. They close at 2pm. The first employee we met walked briskly past us with an annoyed look and loudly announced that they are closing at 2 and he wouldn’t wait to get out of there. Then the employee checking us out was rude and not helpful. We were checking out and my husband had a question and he just said “I have no idea”. He wouldn’t even ask one of the other 3 employees if they knew. Then my husband had to run back and get one more part and he said where is he going we are closed. They shut off all the lights and locked the doors at 1:55pm. I felt so nervous to get out of there. I honestly felt like we were going to be yelled at if we didn’t run out of the store. Overall helpful staff. Willing to help me understand what I needed for what I was working on. Frustrated that I bought a hose bib when I brought home would not thread into the part I needed. Brought it back and would not refund saying it was my fault. Not convinced it was anything I did. I just bought a defective hose bib.

They have quality parts and service you won't find at Home Depot or anywhere else. A decades old automatic sprinkler valve I had bought at HD failed. It's two outlets went straight down vertically. HD doesn't carry that one in store anymore but I could order a replacement online. I did, but the replacement had a sticker on it that warned that the valve must be 6" above the highest sprinkler head, which mine was not. It almost immediately started leaking. I ordered another and it almost immediately started leaking. Home Improvement stores had no other options so it was time to go to the pros as Sprinkler World. The problem is, all new sprinkler valves that have both vertical inlets and outlets are spaced wider than my old valve. The expert at Sprinkler World gave me a solution. I

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parts to find what you need. But somethings are very over priced while others are normal in price. 100ct 1" crimp clamps are $57 when you can get them from home depot for 30 or online for 20.

Had a great experience this morning. Needed a small ring on a valve that is not sold separately any where. They were able to find it for me in just a couple of minute. It was so refreshing and helpful. I have been to multiple stores in Weber County looking for the same thing and nobody wanted to be bothered. I will be back here for all of my sprinkler needs in the future.
