Customer Service so good it brought me to tears! Today, I went into the business in person and Lisa kindly helped me. She not only explained everything twice and demonstrated how the parts function and how to replace the part, she gave me the part at no charge! I was so stunned at her kindness and generosity, it brought me to tears. I highly recommend Sprinkler World and Lisa for all your sprinkler needs. We need more outstanding customer service like this and today, Lisa made my day!

The shop was well-staffed. I was helped immediately as soon as I entered the store. The staff member (Adam?) I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. He even took the time to write down for me how to decipher the color-coding on the Hunter MP Rotator sprinkler heads. Getting sprinkler supplies from this shop was a pleasant and positive experience.

I go here when I need new sprinkler heads & parts as well as getting mulch, seed & fertilizer for my winter lawn. Very helpful employees, good pricing and you'll find just what you need without having to walk 10 miles through a big box store. Always look forward to my visits here.

I had an irrigation valve that would not shut off last weekend and tried to find help, but was never called back by any of the businesses I contacted. On Monday morning I (a single mom) decided to try to do it myself and went to The Deer Valley location. I explained the problem and two young gentlemen, Jose and Jesus, took the time to explain patiently how to fix the leak and let me borrow one of their large pliers. They did not try to sell me more than I needed and I got the job done! Thank you!

Always helpful staff and have what I need. I just walk in, show them a picture of what I working on, and they go get it. Better quality valves and parts than HD, and I don't have to wander for 10 minutes trying to find what I need.
