Sprinter Total Indoor Comfort

I recently bought a home with a unique heating system. What was not known at the time was that the system was in need of some major repairs. Sprinter Total Indoor Comfort was recommended to us as "experts" in this type of system. I now agree with that! Our home was serviced by Nate and Erik. Both service techs know this system and know how to clearly explain it to a new home owner. We also want to give a shout out to Jeri, the customer service go-to-gal who answers the phone. She did a fantastic job when our emergency calls came in and got us serviced quickly. She kept in touch with us about when to expect the tech and she followed up a day or two later to make sure everything was working correctly. These three were a fantastic team for us and we are extremely thankful and grateful to them

I had another company come out and give me a crazy estimate for a small hvac repair. I called Jeri at Sprinter she not only had a tech reach out to me that day but she got me on the books quickly. Huge shoutout to Tayler he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I will never look for another company again. Their pure compassion and skill will have me calling them again. Our furnace was in need of replacement and I had a couple of the big repair shops in town look at it and they both didn’t provide a solution. Jackie, the office manager did a great job of coordinate everything and Eric, the heating expert did a high-quality install and was very personable to work with. We had some problems with the install, but Sprinter stood behind their work. They fixed what was wrong in a fast courteous manner. Taylor was particularly great to work with. I would go back to them every time if Taylor was the technician I got to work with.
