Our dryer had just bit the dust so we went to Sprowls looking for one. They had a very limited selection available so we waited to see if they could order the one we wanted. However, the owner was there and it took about 15 minutes for him to see about ordering one and then he said that it could be a week or more he didn’t know or have a timeline. Basically couldn’t give me any useful information We looked at one on the sales floor and then he told us a week or maybe longer to get it delivered He wasn’t sure of that either. When we told him that we might check a few more places, he became very pushy and arrogant and told us that we weren’t going to find what we needed anywhere else and get it delivered any sooner We left knowing we wouldn’t be back whether we found what we wanted o

After taking my mom to buy her refrigerator at sprouts 2 years ago I wouldn't go anywhere else for an appliance very knowledgeable friendly service it's nice having a small business to support with such great prices and friendly advice.😘♥️🙏🙏🙏✌️🙃

Ordered a new refrigerator for the kitchen. Ordered Monday delivered and installed today. So far so good. Love the refrigerator. The two delivery guys were very friendly and professional. Thanks Sprowls for the wonderful service.

Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher to replace our 14 year old Bosch dishwasher. Nick was very informative and offered his expertise. We scheduled the installation and the installation was completed today. Every aspect of this purchase was easy. Financed with 0 down and 1 year same as cash. We purchased a washer and dryer. Everyone there is quite nice and knowledgeable. They delivered our washer and dryer. They were also installed. The washer and dryer work perfectly. Much better than our old set! My husband and I have been advising friends to purchase new appliances from Sprowls City Hardware!
