Charles built our home in Watkinsville and we are proud to call it home. He is very friendly, professional, responsive, trustworthy, and an all around great guy. He was amazing to work with and ensured the final result was something we were happy with. Based on our personal experience, I would highly recommend Sprucewood Builders!

I am a Veteran who recently got out of the United States Marine Corps and I found a program this builder was using called “Home for Hero’s”. Me and my wife and my two baby girls decided to have a brand new house built to start our lives and my life as a civilian. And at the beginning everything seemed perfect. And then it was all down hill from there. There was zero communication from the builder. The wrong hardwood floors were installed, the roof was severely damaged due to painters nailing 2x4’s on my shingles. Day 1 in the house my roof leaked and flooded a room and the builder knew about it prior to me moving in. He left wooden steps on the front door where brick steps were to be put. The furnace Heat was not set up so we had to stay in a hotel for two nights. My garage door came loose
