SRM Concrete

Truck #1098, driving reckless through Akron. Going 65mph in a 35mph zone, weaving in and out of traffic and almost running two cars off the road. We all have places to be but being reckless like that is going to get someone killed. BE BETTER!

DO NOT SUPPORT. I had the single most unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience with SRM today that I have ever had with any concrete company. I called Frank and released the truck at 11am and waited patiently. Two hours went by as the temperature continued to rise outside. I called back and was told that they needed a card for payment before releasing the truck (which was not specified or mentioned during the first conversation with frank). I gave the card information and was told everything was good to go and the driver would be there shortly. Another two hours went by as we are now well into the afternoon with 3 employees at idle for almost 5 hours now. I sat and watched for the truck to show up as I know that SRM Akron is 33 minutes from the jobsite. No truck. I call Frank again and

Sent me a load for 11 yards on a 95 degree day and didn’t not use Chilled water. Load blew up in my grout hog 20 minutes after leaving the shoot. Both dispatch and Frank the plant manager laughed in my face saying there is nothing they are willing to do. Private equity ruins all customer service and quality. We ordered concrete from them and it took 45 minutes too get there and with in 40 minutes the concrete was so hot setting up that there was no way to unload it so i callled the dispactch and they refused to make it right and hung up on me
