SRM Concrete

DO NOT USE THEM!! Unless you want your property broken and excuses why it isn't their fault. We recently had a 10 yard delivery from the local Albany SRM distribution facility. At first it went well, the driver was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We did express some concern about damage to the city waterline that was disregarded. After the delivery was completed we noticed some water and contacted their management staff. After explaining the situation; we were told that "Once the paper is signed, our liability is waived". It is sad to see how business try to hide their bad business practices behind a shady legal blurb. Save yourself some headaches and use a vendor with some integrity and care for their work.

Excellent customer service and delivery. Concrete was correct slump and workable.
