SRM Concrete

SMR arrived at 5:30 am to a building site next door to my home. They idled three, yes three, concrete trucks and proceeded to make the loudest racket possible. Everything from banging onto boards, backup alarms, to loud equipment. Zero regard for the people who live in the houses nearby and extremely unprofessional. Not to mention breaking the local work/sound ordinance. DO BETTER!

Poor customer service. Currently working on new a few new homes in my area, tried speaking to the Employees out working the job site. They claim they don't Understand English . No one is in charge on the job site. I have called the company twice to let them know about the early noise disturbance nothing has changed. Reminder It's a regulation, not a preference. There are noise orderience and place for a reason. I even went as far as explaining how I have it. Autistic son, and that's why I'm complaining about the noise so early to hear back that. Yeah I have children to that i'm trying to feed. Call whoever you have to call! How rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. Was not suppose to get thus far now reaching out to code enforcement. This company shorted us on concrete. We needed 8 yards, and ordered 8 1/2 to be safe. When the driver arrived at the first pour, he said the 8x8 slab we where pouring would be 1 1/2 to 2 yards. Anyone who does concrete knows that with no footer this slab would be less than a yard. The next pour was bigger and should have been 7 yards, making the total about 8 give or take. The truck ran out and we needed an "extra" 3 yards to finish. The driver had to get more concrete and SRM charged us a delivery fee for the second trip, plus the extra concrete. We double and triple checked our measurements/depth and have pictures to prove it. They ripped us off for about $400 in the end and wouldn't budge, don't use these guys they aren't local, the company is based in TN.

Just starting to talk and confirm services to be rendered. Jeffrey is polite and informative. I am very confident about dealing with Mr. Evans. Will post more reviews after we complete our business.

Great for when I have used them but I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phones today... I need to order concrete and each number rings a hundred times. What’s the deal?
