SRM Concrete

I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to share the experience I had with SRM Concrete, out of Castle Rock. Disclaimer: I am a homeowner with a construction background, and have no financial interest in this company. I wanted to add a small extension to my driveway slab, and called SRM to provide the concrete. A lot of times a construction business will treat you poorly if you are not a contractor, which I am not. However, the staff at SRM that took my concrete order was very professional and helpful, provided exactly the mix and strength of concrete I requested, and got the order completely right the first time. The concrete was delivered on time and the quantity I ordered. The driver, Bruce J., was great! He was very helpful, gave great advice, and went above and beyond to

One of their trucks pulled out in front of me unexpectedly while I was driving and a shovel fell off, hitting my car. The truck didn't stop, or acknowledge at all what had happened. I called the company to let them know and discuss damages to my car and they never called me back or made any effort to make right the situation.

Plant produces concrete dust and particles (which is normal for a concrete site) but being INSIDE a dense residential area is highly questionable. How is this legal?

Polluting a residential neighborhood daily.
