The defective concrete Smyrna delivered produced a structurally unsound section of my driveway. We ordered it for 10am, but it didn't arrive until after 1pm. The mix set up so fast, we didn't have time to smooth the surface. Even worse, the driver said he couldn't wait for us to level what he had poured, so he dumped the last half yard around 30' from where it was needed in the worse possible place without asking us where to do it. The slab is wavy because it set too fast to finish. The last part of the pour is structurally unsound because it's full of large holes. The concrete was beginning to set before exiting the truck, so it didn't ooze together and was very difficult to work. My complaint to the Better Business Bureau went nowhere. Always been good to my business . To all the people complaining about schedule issues. You always call the day of or the day before to verify. If you do that you will not have any issues.
