SRM Concrete

The person who answered the phone was horrible! Had construction crews out at 11:30 at night and the next morning at 5:30 in a residential area! Not only were they 'pouring' concrete in the dark with flashlights, they were yelling over the noise of the trucks! I hope no one uses this company again!

This company has made great improvements, new fleet of trucks and hiring experienced and friendly drivers. Their material is superior to any company around and prices are competitive. Customer service is helpful and accommodating. They have gone out of their way to help, answering questions and scheduling with little notice. I highly recommend ECM

Brooke is a complete disaster of a human being. IF the company is managed by this woman and the top down applies....GOOD LUCK. Too many suppliers to deal with her narcisstic behaviors. Seek Alternatives. Clearly customer service is not on her resume.

Beware of this company. After using them dozens of times since 2017 something changed. If you deal with Brooke over the phone. Ask for emails of everything she says. They will tell you one thing, then the day of delivery you'll get another. Beware of a gentlemen named Edwin, with that kind of criminal history you wouldn't want to have him knowing where you live. We upgraded our security system since. Scary situation. We filed a police report and gave them our security camera footage. Edwin threatened my life at my front gate, then attempted to run my wife off our private road with his ford truck. All because he was trying to pocket our cash payment.
