SRM Concrete

DO NOT ACCEPT CONCRETE DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL FILE A LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY IF THERE IS A PAYMENT DISPUTE WITH A HIRED CONTRACTOR. I hired a local concrete contractor to replace 2 sections of concrete at a rental property driveway in Brunswick county. Apparently there is a payment dispute of $1400 between the contractor I hired & SRM. I have nothing to do with that. The contractor was paid in full the day the job was complete. I have never contacted SRM, talked to SRM, or engaged SRM in any way. I have no verbal or written contract with SRM. Instead of going after the contractor who owes them $1,400, they instead put a lien on my property for $1,400, plus attorneys fees & interest. I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY! Haley with SRM
