SRM Concrete

I don’t have a personal experience with dealing with the company as far as concrete goes. However, I do have a personal experience with their trucks flinging pieces of crushed concrete at my windshield.Despite being more than 200ft behind the truck the small pieces put nicks all in my windshield and a dime size spidering crack in my windshield. This incident occurred on December 28th. After speaking with their insurance on January 23,2024,which took me contacting them because they did not contact me I was told they would send me a check to replace my windshield. I followed up today on 2/1/24 since I had not received the check or a email; I was informed now they would not be covering that expense.
