EDIT August 2023 - I found out that Willoughby Supply is the company that sold my confirmed roofing out from under me 2 and a half years ago! The sales person confirmed the stock by phone right in front of me. Meanwhile the manufacturer was supposed to produce the product 4 times since then and didn't until this year 2023. And I had much more damage in the meantime. PREVIOUS POST: I showed up right at closing time. The staff helped me quite a bit. Even though they didn't have samples of the roofing I was interested in seeing, they listened to what I was having trouble finding and found it for me. Now I have to get my roofer together with them to see how much material we need and how much extra it will cost to ship. It might be cost prohibitive but at least they tried.

No one from Willoughby supply responded to my concerns. The roofing company which contracted them was extremely generous with my wife and I so we are extremely grateful for that, but Willloughby Supply on the other hand has yet to respond and for that, they will continue to have 1 star.

I was trying to match shingle colors. Found a match with one of there samples. I went to install shingles and color wasn't even close. So I went back and got different color that the guy recommended. Not even close. Come to find out there color sample book doesn't even come close to the color of the actual shingles they have in stock. How am i supposed to match shingles to a sample that doesn't even match whats in the bundles. Worst part is the guy acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging a restocking fee....when in actuality they cost me a a few thousand dollars. That was the thanks i got for doing business with them. Terrible customer service, complete disrespect for customers.

Excellent service. Really nice, friendly, and helpful employees. I have been getting my roofing material here for years, and always recommend Willoughby Supply.
