Couldn’t source the small quantity i needed, but they called back to tell me about another supplier that could. Kudos!
After 4 years of loyal business and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent I was greeted with hostility and screamed at when I stated I would be changing my supplier. This all after a prior incident this morning. I am disappointed to say this has become a cooperation that could care less about small business owners. Take heed. They were great until they weren't....
