Great place for the pros, both guys working at the sales desk on Thursday were fantastic. The woman who took my payment need some real customer service training. No smile, no courtesy, no friendliness.

Im here quite often delivering siding and the guys and gal at the counter always have a really good demeanor.

Where to start… $25 per piece of siding?…really expensive. It’s tougher to find siding due to the age, but is still made and can be found online cheaper. I went to SRS because they’re local and I didn’t want to deal with online returns on large items. Items were to be transferred from another location and I was told I would get them within a week and transfers are common…they had just done one the week before. I’m dealing with a pressing issue and need it asap. I called today and was told…pretty much…small order and you’re not as important as others, so sit back and we will get to your peasant order eventually. Well…I’m not sure they considered the fact that my contractor buys there or the fact that I was considering a new door and windows from there. I don’t foresee that happening unles

I have been a customer of them for many years, they have always taken good care of me The guys that work there are great to deal with, glad to call them friends

Very helpful and respectful staff actually know what they are doing and talking about clean and convenient store locations that are easy to find and get to taking proper precautions during covid as well
