One of their trucks parked on my driveway and yard today to deliver roofing supplies to my neighbor. We live in duplexes. Nobody rang my doorbell and asked me about using my driveway. The disrespect made me angry. They blocked my garage. If I needed to leave, I couldn't. I called Javier in the office and he apologized and said he'd call the guys because they're supposed to ask before trespassing. I was supposed to get an apology from the guys, but they were about to leave without apologizing. I approached them and apologized for getting angry with them. They apologized for dropping the ball and falling to ask permission to use my property. All is good. Hopefully they won't make that mistake again.

I would have given this place 5 stars even with the bad attitude of the forklift operator. However, when I cleaned my trailer out shortly after the unload there was empty chip bags and crushed up chips all over. I don't disrespect shippers or receivers , but I will continue to leave honest reviews. The unload itself was fast. You can do better!

I called American Roofing Supply to ask some questions. Zack answered the phone and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He did everything in his power to answer all of my questions, even though I wasn’t purchasing anything. He and Omar’s customer service and attention to detail is second to none. I cannot thank them enough and I would recommend American Roofing Supply to anyone looking roofing materials. Thank you, Zack and Omar!

I lost a bunch of roofing shingles on my house during a nasty storm. I found this decent place to buy roofing shingles. Their competition actually told me about them because I needed a specific color and brand. They had my brand and even had a guy to help load them for me. The price could have been better but I was just happy they had the parts I needed.
