If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealing with Faith in the metal shop was a miserable experience. A simple request for a quote for roof dormers turned into a 6 month ordeal with awful communication, ignored phone calls and emails, along with rude responses when she was called out for her lack of updates. Deposit was paid to these folks. Due to extensive delays, we had to cancel this order. They continue to refuse to refund our money (over 20,000 dollars). Managers are refusing our phone calls, corporate isn't helping at all. Terrible, terrible service.

These guys are great. I called ten places and metro Nashville was the only place willing to talk to me about bending a few pieces of soffit with out buying a whole roll of metal. Custom metal soffit was precise and office was very professional. I will definitely be calling for all roofing projects in the future.

Slow really slow the drivers are just driving around if you have a delivery for them please do not come in here they are lazy and rude, never again

Faith over at the 16th ave N. Location was extremely nice and even got my small 2 pieces of 10’ fascia metal order in and finished within 60 minutes of ordering. I highly recommend this company and these pros that make the panels!

Wow... Hadn't even had a chance to walk in before the rudeness started. Got nothing nice to say about that kind of attitude. Definitely not a good reflection of the attitude of everyone else who works there.
