Unloaded here, office staff and forklift drivers are friendly, watched a crane load/unload training while i waited to unload, the best course ive seen yet- not just how to move stuff but how to navigate! Got here at 10:15, was empty and out the gate by 10:45

Ivan the forklift driver was quick unloading my 18 wheeler delivery, I come do delivery’s offer and I’ve noticed a big change these last couple of weeks and months m. The yard seems to be more organized now and their trucks are usually out by the time us delivery drivers come. Great work Ivan.

It’s my first time ordering through SRS. So far, I’m pleased with the staff and the delivery. Plus, I like businesses that have a dog there and they have either Goldendoodles or Labradoodles: Classy touch, in my book. Keeps everyone in a better mood.

Went to purchase shingles and the customer service at Round Rock, TX location was absolutely horrific. Chelsea one of the customer service managers was rude, standoffish, and not knowledgeable. I could hear her snickering comments in the back to her manager about the questions that I need answered. Completely disorganized and disrespectful to paying customers. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. Go anywhere else !!
