I was recommended to this place to as a high quality supplier. But was very disappointed because of 2 issues. Issue #1 a whole bundle of shingles seemed to be very old because shingles was stock/glued together I just could not use it. Issue #2 my roof measured 56 linear feet so I bought 3 boxes of ridge caps 20ft each box comes to 60 linear feet. So I was supposed to have 4 or 5 caps extra but I was 4 or 5 caps short, so I called the store and spoke with Irwin told him about the issue but was no help so I had to waste $84 just to get 4 caps. Customer unsatisfactory guaranteed!!!
This is for delivery trucks, make sure to be at locación before 3pm or they will not unload you.
I have to say the guys were very helpful, professional, friendly, and took care of all my needs above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Romero, for everything.
