Trash facility to come to, if you’re a trucker…slow to unload you, how are you slow to unload someone when there’s NO ONE there, including NO customers. I will mark this facility as a DNR….

Eric Mims installation administrator, is a true professional with compassion, and true asset to Sun Coast Roofing. Eric was assigned to resolve a Lowe's roof replacement gone very bad involving another contractor. He arrived at my home apologized for something he nor his company had anything to do with, but assured me he and Suncoast would correct it to my satisfaction as soon as possible and they did exactly that. They made an improvement to my roof making it better than it has ever been. This driver needs to learn to drive and not cut off other drivers. Then as we past him he laughed and waved. If they hire people like that I can only imagine their customer service. Thank God we swerved and missed him.

Very courteous. Could not help me with my fence idea. But Josh, Was very kind and polite listen to my dilemma. Give me other areas to explore. Explain to me that they are just a middle man For pick up and delivery. But they do work with Homeowners. Thank you for your time, in helping me Josh.
