Nice! I called in and spoke to Jesse, he knew who I was when I got there. Great customer service and fast delivery. Once he placed the order he even went to grab it for me real quick and helped with some additional questions I asked about NuRay colors. I had just come from Beacon Roofing Supply where the guy looked annoyed and didn’t answer my question if they had color sheets and dismissed me. Complete 180 at Stoneway. Friendly customer service goes a long way. Probably why Stoneway will be putting Beacon out of business.

Friday they came to deliver roofing material to my roof for a new roof replacement on July 14. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of safety exercised during their offload of material with red caution, tape behind the truck underneath the conveyor boom and when I walked around to the other side of my house, I saw the worker on top with a safety harness cable to the support structure, which tells me Stone way Does everything they can to ensure their people go home just as safely as they arrived so for my perspective, a safe working crew is an excellent thing to have for a company.

The employees are respectful, nice, and amazing. Delivered a utility truck to them, and they embraced me like one of their own. Definitely don't mind delivering anything to them. Their reputation succeeded my expectations.

Lovely people! Helped me arrange super fast ordering when I was running around last minute with the wrong skylights just before the construction was slated to start -- and then something came up on our end, and we had to cancel the order. They were so gracious and understanding about it!
