We couldn’t be happier with the work Keith and SRS Renovations did on our home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was quick, professional, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Keith won us over with his wealth of information, transparency, attentiveness, patience and most of all, his client first mentality. They completed a full shingle replacement and also addressed additional work along the way, including replacing roof boards and some fascia boards. All fascia boards and second floor window casings were wrapped in metal, which looks fantastic. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished roof looks beautiful. We had a truly positive experience with Keith and his crew during a roof replacement. We have a hybrid log cabin that had some very specific concerns. He not only walked the roof himself, but also brought out his foreman and had him walk the roof to make sure none of our specialty siding needed to be cut away from the dormers. Prior to demo and installation, he went out of his way to find our specific sample boards and even placed them on the roof so we could stand back and look at them. His communication was frequent and transparent, and he was even on-site during the demo and installation. They were on time, to the minute, for the three days they were here, and they took great care in protecting our landscaping during demo and during cleanup.
