Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Offered various options to us. Installers were amazing. Knew exactly what they were doing, worked extremely hard, and did a great job of installation. Carpet looks amazing. Highly recommend S&S Flooring Studio.

Just had floors done through S&S. The work was phenomenal, the owners are kind, prompt, and made the perfect recommendation for my situation. The employees were very professional, they helped moved some of the heavier things I couldn’t do by myself. They kept their work area clean during the job, asked me for feedback throughout the job. I trust S&S and would recommend them to anybody!

Nicole and Tracy came out to give us an estimate right away following my initial call. After we accepted the appraisal, the work crew was set up quickly to help with us getting out tenants moved in on time.

S&S flooring studio was amazing from in and out! I am new to the carpeting process but it was in no way stressful from beginning to end! They came in pretty quick for measuring and within a week I got a brand new carpet and the old one thrown away!! 10/10 recommend, they definitely feel like family and very nice people. Even included a picture to show you how the carpet looked before(due to previous tenant) and how new the place looks now! They even recommended some paint colors I could do to accentuate the room even better with the carpet.

This review is way overdue! Nichole was fabulous to work with and walked me through the entire process. I was not able to meet her in the condo where I was getting the carpet replaced, however, she sent photos of the various samples in the unit. She provided her expert opinion and took the time to match the carpet and use a requested manufacturer. All of these steps took time and Nichole went above and beyond in supporting me. If that weren't enough, Nichole, at a cost to her, changed out the transition strip between the carpet and tile. The entire process from start to finish was easy and stress free. I highly recommend S&S Flooring Studio and Nichole.
