Unfortunately and hostly , we can not rate them well . Our experience with them is mixed. They were friendly and helpful when we were shopping and purchasing the flooring material. The employee told me as long as unopened unused, we can return within 30 days of purchase. However, very disappointed to find out, not only they charge 15% restocking fee, but also it will be store credit expiring in one year. These were not explained, and we did not look at the fine print when we sighed the receipt at the time of purchase. The employee told us to email us the details of store credit , and she never did. Great place!! Highly recommended! I order flooring, that was delivered. The floor looks great, its exactly what i was looking for. Ms. Blanca was incredibly helpful, exceptional customer service.

I needed a special order of wood flooring and they were the only one that came through 1/2 x 2 Red Oak Rifft and Quarter. The quality of the wood was outstanding and price was amazing. Will be buying from these guys again.

Hello! We went to S&S hardwood floor to buy wood flooring and floor glue, but unfortunately we met the manager her name is Blanca Ramirez, she took two boxes of glue for double the price, then we needed more items and went to another place to buy and found out, we called and complained about the price, it was so tiring to talk to her, she kept denying the mistakes she did to us, after couple of hours , she refunded the price difference, we felt like she trapped us, I want to say so that if you come to this store to buy, you won't be in the same situation as us, please check carefully before making the bill.
