Ulises worked on my multi-family’s A/C units before things took a turn for the worse. He gave us such a good deal to take care of BOTH A/C units. This is the first time an HVAC technician has ever took the time to walk us through all the details to ensure we understood exactly what was being done. Ulises the technical was very helpful and understanding, my heater had multiple issues and he even walked me through the controls of my mini split. Price is not a factor when it comes to his customer service. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to his stuff. They left here with a very happy customer.
