Sherif saved me from buying a house with hidden flaws. He was very thorough in his inspection and knows what he’s doing. The house I asked him to inspect looked beautiful but I was suspicious about the structure and he was able to pullout all of the findings and confirm any concerns. He is good at what he does and he is someone I can trust. I plan to work with him again during my house hunt.
