Sent out a subcontractor who could not correspond with me verbally. Had to show technician which nozzle went where to convert the stove from natural gas to propane. Spent 15 minutes fumbling for tools. Then charged me $220 without even asking for approval for the repair to be made. Do not recommend.

Fair pricing and no surprises. They sent me a written estimate before starting, and there were no hidden costs after the repair was done. The technician was friendly, fast, and clearly skilled at what he does.

I called this place and explained that my washing machine was making a loud noise when on spin cycle, the person on the phone said he has a repair guy that fixes that problem. A $79 dollar charge will be collected if repair is not performed or it will be waived if repairs are done. I got a quote of $220 to repair my washer as the bearing are worn out and the kit was $80 online. So I bought the kit and the tech took my washer for four days and brought it back saying it was fixed. Three days later I noticed water on the floor in front of my washer? my wife did several more loads and now water is leaking every time we use the washer. I called and at first they were trying to charge me again for a service call, the same guy Carlos came out and took my washer again. Two days later I get a text
