St Elizabeth Parking

I thought it took strangely a long time for a person to tap a credit card, but I found out that I was double charged. They have a flat rate of $10 and I didn’t ask for a receipt. After he took my card, I heard the initial tap but he took a long time to give back my card. Now I know what happened. Make sure to ask for a receipt. I reported this place to my credit card company 🙄

There are always free spots in this garage. It's conveniently located right across a small dead end street from St. Elizabeth hospital. And the best thing - it's FREE! Back in the beginning of the COVID pandemic, the ticket machine stopped working and they had to stop charging for parking. For whatever reason, it's still free. The ticket machine is still there, the gates are still there but never closed.... free parking is a rare find in Boston, even at a medical center!

Great parking but to expensive for patients that we visit regularly hospital !

Dear staff: The sign saying “Garage Full” is aimed to the side and therefore ambiguous. The line-up of cars might be an indication. The garage is not free, but otherwise fine. On a busy day you’ll want to use the valet parking, which is great.

I don't normally write these sort of things but the valets here are really top notch. I have been in and out of St. Elizabeth's for months now and each time they are so kind and professional.
