Pool was not back filled properly. As you walk in it or cleaning you can feel the shell bowing and hear hollow spots everywhere. Concrete work is very poor at best. There are spots on the deck that have sank over an inch. And yes cover issues. Sad when you spend 60,000 for your dream and its nothing but a thorn in your side! Have wanted to go to court with him but spent so much on pool that I just can't afford it for now.. Think twice befor hiring them!!
Please if you want your moneys worth you wont use them. my pool is not level, automatic pool cover has had trouble. new people come and fix pool cover. works beautiful now. Poor work.
Seaglass pools is amazing at what they do. They seemed to really care about their customers and went the extra mile.
