The woman in the shipping office is extremely rude. This business does not bother ever finding out how much their products weigh, so they routinely load trucks well above their legal limits. Instead of providing a scale on site like all the reputable lumber yards do, they say it's the driver's responsibility to drive 25 miles to the nearest CAT scale, then drive 25 miles back if they are too heavy. Then, once you get back from driving 50 miles illegally, you have to sit around and wait for an email to get "customer approval" to ship fewer mats. This incredibly inefficient and unfair process costs drivers significant time and money, and the shipping office makes it clear that they couldn't care any less.

Looks like they make the large wooden "pallets" that trucks drive on when needing to access grassy/muddy/wet areas, especially for utility work.

Extremely slow to load. There are lots of trucks here. Only one truck got loaded in the last two and a half hours. Avoid this place! They do not respect your time as a trucker.
