St John Appliance Repair

What they don't tell you is that there is one guy per area, and you have to schedule with him. The guy I had spent 3 weeks telling me he was coming to repair the appliance. 3 times he came, dryer still broken. He will tell you he's coming and never show up, never call, never text. Office is useless as the refer you back directly to the one guy. They will not send any other person after initial repair...appliance is still broken 4 weeks later and labor guarantee has expired despite multiple daily texts/ calls for 3 weeks. So if he does show, it now will cost me additional labor costs despite the fact nothing has been repaired. I'm still without my dryer 4 weeks later week li am still right back where I was when I started, dryer broken and $450 in the red.

40 days ago my dryer was shocking me. 40 days ago when I called they sent out a tech. This company is a Middle Man. They Charged $75 just to send someone. Which they say they hold until you agree to have the service done My service wasn't complete as my dryer still doesn't work. I was told I have a 90 day warranty. This isn't by the St. JOHNS COMPANY... You actually are paying individuals and they Are Not Being Held Responsible by anyone because they are private contractors I was told by the tech when asked for a refund to " Dispute it with my bank but because its 40 days, I won't win" The man who Didn't fix my dryer says he won't give my a refund and stated " How does he know I wasn't wreckers and its my fault it doesn't work" All I want is the$200 Back so I can get a Dryer tha

This company doesnt care about customers time they have to take off work for. Stay away from this company. I contacted this company because I thought they were close but all the do is contract out a tech that could be anywhere. When I called I got an appointment quick and was on time the first time. He fixed the bottom hinge but but didnt fix the top correct. He didnt check to see that both fridge doors closed before leaving. So I was left with a freezer door that wouldnt close this time. I called that night to tell them that the door wouldn't close. All they kept saying was that he fixed it but he didnt fix both doors. They kept saying that the tech would come fix it. 4 days went by and the tech said he was on his way. He never showed. After 3 more days I called several time

Waste of $85. If they are not going to test anything then what am I paying $85 for a diagnosis. I knew it was either 1 or 2 things. They said it was 1 or 2 things without testing anything. They were going to assume it might be 1 and charge $350 but they might be wrong. Then blame me. Also the address doesn't exist.

Stay away from this repair company! They are based in California and contract the jobs with local repair company. I dealt with two different repair men, one of whom walked out before even getting started after being an hour and half late for a 3 hour appointment window! The second guy tried charging me more than $100 for a "dryer idler wheel", which is sold on Amazon for less than $10 along with a $150 for less than a half hour of labor! Stay far away from this "company".
