I couldn't buy anything that needed to be looked up in the computer that day. I had to wait till the next day when the "guys" were back in the office. Wow!! At the Very least I needed, the part number looked up, and several parts could have been ordered to have them en route for my boss the next day. When we really needed them, they wouldn't even attempt to help. That says a lot.

Cool place but hopefully I dont have to drive back there .. 😂

Cannot say enough for the wonderful service Brad Baerveldt gives us here at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help us with locating the right parts.
