Poor communication- scratched flooring and broke screen door, damaged and careless with my property, but once I signed a contract with Eric he did not return emails of my concerns. I notified them Mon to make plans for del later in week, got message later saying sorry for the delay, but we can’t do it this week- displaced from my home.
