St. Mary’s Parking Deck

You can never find any parking here! We've been lucky twice in 8 years getting a parking spot in the parking lot at 6a.m. for a surgery and then another time it was about 2p.m., other than that we have to drive around waiting for an open spot. If they can have this many people and have this much staff then they need to find accomodations for all the patients trying to get in this place for their appointments! Every time we come to see the cardiologist we're driving around the parking deck and the parking lot for almost 30mins waiting for anyone to move! It's so sad. We leave almost 1½hrs early (live 30 mins away) just to prepare for parking wait times! 😭 All that aside, we love the doctors we see at the hospital and the staff are wonderful! It's the parking that makes us dread coming here!

Garage is strewn with litter and reeks of cigarette smoke. The garage is not labeled to let patients know how to get to a specific part of the hospital. There are no call safety buttons in the garage, unlike other campuses. It’s a detriment that the hospital is decided to make all the ground level parking in front of their building valet only. I have heart and lung issues and spent 20+ minutes walking around the garage unable to find my destination.
