I can’t say enough good things about Sta-built. Our sales person, Dan Spath, was informative and friendly and presented with no pressure. Our project manager, Scott Hawn was on hand to set up the crew in the morning and made sure they had everything they needed. Frankie, Scott’s assistant, was on hand every morning that Scott wasn’t and sat down with us to answer any questions. The crew was there every morning on time or early and worked extremely hard all day until dark. They also answered any questions we had. Cheyenne in the office made it easy to pay on line and was very helpful. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful driveway and each of the people that made it happen. Thank you, Linda and Fred Cook

We had an amazing experience with our design consultant Zach and our project manager Jesse. The communication and professionalism from design to completion was outstanding. They were adaptable with design and installation implementation changes . The team of workers that did the installation had immense pride in their work and their attention to detail was evident throughout our project. Frankie, Jose, did an incredible job with the stonework. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and will be our first call for future projects.

We started out on the right foot with Sta-built. They came door to door soliciting business at a time that we’d already been contemplating redoing our driveway and front porch. And they offered “free” design services with a 3D rendering as part of their sales pitch, which helped sell us on their proposed plan. Everything started falling apart after we signed their initial proposal. We requested a few small changes from their initial design, but almost immediately after signing the proposal it seemed like we became low priority. It was increasingly difficult to get in touch with our designer Todd who had just solicited our business and took our deposit. Even more problematic, throughout the entire design process Todd was insistent that we shouldn’t pursue permits for the project. We knew

They did a great job with my retaining wall. Very professional, communicative and worked within my timeframe and budget. They were very thorough when developing the plan as well. And in the end the crew that built the wall went above and beyond to put some finishing touches on the project that we hadn't originally planned. I will recommend them to friends in the future.
