STABELLA INC

I purchased my granite through Home Depot, and was told Stabella would be the installers. I looked them up and the reviews scared me a little. The counter tops were installed yesterday and I must say Mario the installer and his helper did a great job! They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The installation looks great, the seam is nearly invisible. They also installed an under mount sink for me and all of that went smoothly as well. I appreciate their great work. Their offices are also very good at answering calls for any questions, and I was provided a warranty on my stone through them. Much appreciated!

We had a great installation process. The Lowe’s salesman was extremely helpful, Stabella came and measured for the countertops and made some really helpful suggestions. The installers were professional and did a great job. All of the work was done within the promised timeline

Excellent job! So we purchased our quartz through a Lowe’s Sales. Stabella was assigned by Lowe’s to cut / install the quartz. Mario, who was very professional, came out and measured our existing countertops and assured me that there would be no issues. A week or two after the measure, I decided to look at Stabella reviews and then got worried…especially as my wife would have been upset with me if something when wrong. I figured that Stabella must do a lot of installations and only the few upset individuals write bad reviews. Anyhow, just got the countertops I stalled today and everything came out fanatic! Other granite companies (before we selected Lowe’s) came out and said that we our pre-existing backsplash would be damaged and would need to be replaced as well / fixed. Stabella said

Please run away from this people, they are subcontracted by Lowe’s and they are terrible at everything, from communication to craftsmanship. Had kitchen granite counter top installed and the stone was cracked in three different places, it shows where they tried to glue it back together. They tell me it is natural stone fissures, but when you run your fingers through the cracks you can feel the severe separation. They sent the same installer to inspect it and guess what he said? “It’s natural stone fissures”. Send a second or third party not the same person who did the job. Went through my AmeX to get refunded since they nor Lowe’s would accept responsibility nor help. Oh, nearly two months to get this work done from the time I went to Lowe’s and made initial payment. After ordering counter from Home Depot, they assigned Stabella. After reading the horrible reviews, I did get concerned. After they the demolition of existing counter top, they discovered the counter base (existing cabinets) were not level. Stabella gave me an honest assessment of problem and separately referred a person who could remediate. I have to say I liked the professionalism and they did quality work. The new counter top looks amazing. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 related to challenging front office communication. Otherwise they were great
