Parked here from Friday to Sunday, and I have no complaints. Easy to find, informative staff, and good rates!

I parked here monthly for about 1.5 years for $275 a month. This place is insane. Always charging you left and right and not being upfront about it. Once I was charged a $25 late for paying a monthly invoice 2 days late. It f-ing takes forever for you to get your car out. I almost always have to wait 10 mins on top of a scheduling the time to go pick the car up. When I finally got fed up they gave me a hard time about the security deposit and they ended up charging me an extra $34 because apparently I started on January 29 and I left the car parked till the end of the month (July 31). I told the attendants numerous times if it was fine to leave it till the 31st and no bill was left for me in my windshield as normal for the extra $34.

I was supposed to have 2 hours of FREE parking with the partnership they have with the sushi restaurant. When I returned with my ticket the new employee wanted to charge me $11. I ask I don’t understand I was told I have 2 free hours plus I obviously dressed like I came from the restaurant. He refused. I explained it’s not about the money, it’s about the principal. Especially since I presented my ticket. His excuse was, the other staff didn’t label my ticket. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money and time. Why deal with rude staff and lies about their promotion? Shady business. Plus he wasn’t wearing a WASK.

Afternoon and night attendant only park the cars they choose to. Night attendant let’s certain cars in and others not, depending if they like you. Very discriminating and disappointing. Do not park here unless you enjoy unprofessionalism, rudeness and racial profiling. Also, I don’t know who comes up with the prices because each day, the prices change. Save yourself the hassle and park elsewhere.
