Stackhouse & Son Well Drilling

My well pump stopped working this weekend. I gave a call to Stackhouse first thing Monday morning and received a call back within 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, Jeff arrived to diagnose the issue. He first investigated the well switch before pulling the pump out. He found the issue was just with the wiring and promptly made the fix. While offering to replace the pump, he was honest in telling me that the pump probably didn't need to be replaced yet. He was in and out the same day I called all before I had to leave for work! Great service.

My well pump went out on me and I called them the next day at 7:30am and they were out in a little over an hour and a half. I live about an hour away from them. They easily diagnosed my well pump had died and were pulling up the old one and installed a bigger one for me due to where my water level was. They performed the work in about two hours and it's been going great since. I also appreciate how they worked with me on the bill as well. This is the company to call when you are having well issues and highly recommend their professional work, thanks again 👌👍

Paid $2000 for a well pump replacement, had major issues following the install. Called in for a fix and was told “I don’t have time to sit there and let the water run until it clears up.” Months later still an issue. Stay away.

Spoke to Ben over the phone about loss of water pressure. Ben and crew came out next morning on time, diagnosed the pump was bad in 2 minutes. Had the everything needed on the truck to replace. Quoted me verbally a price. All seemed fair until the invoice came. Significantly higher by 800 dollars. Spoke to Trish on the phone about this and said Ben doesn't know the price of the pumps so he can't be giving out prices. Only solution is to come take the pump out or pay the bill. Absolute terrible way to do business.

Our water went and I called the next morning. They were able to come the same day. Within a few the figured out the problem, had the parts needed and fixed it. They were very professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend and can't thank them enough!!!
