Stafford and Son Builders did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. His communication and scheduling throughout the project was exceptional. Honesty, trustworthiness, fair pricing and quality work are probably the biggest concerns when it comes to hiring contractors and Tom hit it out of the park on everything. His company has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a quality builder who stands behind their work.

Tom just completed a major renovation on our 1969-built home which we purchased as-is. He and his crew did a excellent job and many people have commented about the quality of the work performed. Before starting the project, we worked with a number of contractors to get estimates for the project. Tom was very responsive and easy to work with during the estimating process and his estimate was clear, understandable and well-priced. We believed that he could accomplish the work based on other projects he had completed. His crew of skilled and experienced craftsmen did an excellent job and were great to communicate with. Tom was at the site every day and managed his team well, coordinating all the different people involved. We had excellent communication with him at each step of the project.

Our condo in VB was damaged by a flood to the point it was uninhabitable. Stafford & Sons was recommended to us by a friend who used them. We had other estimates but others were hard to communicate with. Tom was the only one who got back to us exactly when he said he would. Tom personally made sure each step of the remodeling was done properly. The work is great and Tom kept us updated almost every day with photos of the work, since we live out of state. Tom got the job done EXACTLY when he said he would!! We were back in our condo exactly when Tom promised!!! Thanks, Tom!!!

I highly recommend Tom and his awesome team. They were on-time, great quality work, and priced competitively. They did a FANTASTIC job on our "whole-house" renovation. I would use them again, and recommend them, in a heartbeat. I've dealt with many contractors over decades of renovations (both commercial and residential), and Tom is the guy I'd call again, and so should you. FIVE STARS *****

Don’t expect Tom to respect your time or be very flexible in accommodating your schedule. Because he was unable to meet after 4 PM, I left work for a scheduled appointment at a time he proposed. Tom called 15 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start saying he wouldn’t make it. He was unapologetic and the entire interaction was unprofessional. He did not seem interested in earning my business.
