I am so happy with my floors, the price was reasonable. They showed up on time every day and worked non stop which is unfortunately not always the case with contractors. They did a fantastic job laying down the wood and I am super pleased with the tile transition. They went above and beyond with putting the furniture back and clean up. There is room for improvement with communication, I did address with Brittany. She was very receptive with my feedback and was a pleasure overall.

This is a locally owned company which is something I look for when hiring a company for a job! Brittney and Matt really know their floors! The product and the installation were top notch! Matt did a fantastic job with the installation! Thank you!

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!! Our GC referred us to Stag on our first property and they were great, so we used them again. We ordered Shaw vinyl planks that ended up being defective. The locking mechanisms were brittle and breaking apart so everything had to be pulled up and replaced (Within a year of being installed). Brittany was the point of contact with Shaw Flooring as she was the representative we used. In the beginning, she was very helpful in getting the old flooring out and new flooring ordered and installed. She got paid. Then when it came time to getting any compensation for us from Shaw, she fell off the planet. Stopped returning calls, texts and emails. We paid twice for flooring that was defective and she never held up her end by advocating for us with Shaw. I would have done it

Great company! We purchased our hardwood through Stag Flooring & also hired them for the install. Brittney was super knowledgeable about the different products they offered & got us nearly $4000 under a quote we received from another local company. Installation was finished right on time for our sons wedding we hosted at our home & we received a ton of compliments. The guys worked efficiently & were able to do some custom work on our badly built staircase which turned out beautifully! We have already referred them to family and friends! Thanks guys!
