Stagestep

I bought my time step flooring that is supposed to be for tap. Got it in November, in 4 weeks there were heel dents, scrapes and now almost a hole after 5 months. I reported this to them and they came down to look at it and only offered me a sealant.i wish I could give zero stars for this expensive purchase! Not for tap, I even spoke to the people before purchasing because I have a very big tap program. Don't buy if you tap! There was no returning it, didn't take any responsibility at all, I bought their cleaner, tape and everything .... total rip off!! I had shower pan liner last me 10 years and never had any problems at all!
