StainLifters Carpet Cleaning

I booked Stain Lifters to have the tiles and grout cleaned. They booked me for 10:30 AM and said it would be done around 2 PM. I got to the house around 11:15 AM and they had already left saying they finished the job. Besides a couple of areas, The Floors did not look clean at all. They said it’s because the grout is old and may have had oil spills. The Floors are only two years old and The whole point of hiring a company is to get the stains out. A lot of promises were made before they book the appointment. When I told him I was not satisfied, they said they would come back and clean again.
