If I could give more stars I would. Chad and his team were prompt, thorough, polite, and very tidy. We were able to get our project built, stained, and painted within a week from the initial conversation. We are so pleased and would hire again and will definitely recommend Stair Heroes.

I highly recommend Chad and the Team. Everything was clearly explained and the work was done according to plan. The quality of the work was great. The crews put up plastic to contain the dust which made our cleanup a lot easier. The matching of the stain color of the stairs to the wood flooring was great. The guys pay attention to detail and Chad was always prompt with calls to check on the work and if I had any questions.

This experience was an absolute dream! From the very beginning until after the work was completed, Chad was on the ball to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. His crew was very conscientious and did an excellent job. I have had work done in my home in the past, and multiple times I’ve had guys who were sloppy, inconsiderate of my home, and not equipped to do a professional job. I have put off getting my stairs remodeled because of past experience (tile floors, windows, bathroom remodel). If you’re in that same boat, I’m telling you to put your concerns aside and hire Stair Heros. You will not regret it!! Everyone associated with them gets an A+ from me! We went from a 1995 builder grade set of stairs our dogs had torn the carpet off, to a beautiful, timeless upgrade. I’m so happy

The best choice we have ever made. Stair Heros of Frisco went far and beyond to make this experience a great one. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. The guys on the job site were very polite and respectful. Price was 7k cheaper than the highest Quote. And very competitive to our lowest bid. The reason why we went with Stair Heros is because I talked to Chad and he was so easy to work with and answered a ton of questions and never felt annoyed. He was easy to communicate all the way through the project. A+++++
