Trident Plumbing

My water heater of 10 years started showing signs that it was ready to give out so I reached out to multiple plumbers/plumbing companies for quotes to replace it with a tankless water heater. Sean from Trident came out and provided me with a free estimate. He took his time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process. On install day, Sean and Teagan were prompt, courteous, and tidy. They ran a bit over the time they initially quoted, however, it was to ensure the job was done right, which I appreciated. Overall experience was top notch end to end and I would happily recommend them to others.

Sean and his apprentice were very friendly, easy to talk with, and professional. Sean is a wealth of knowledge and was not thrown by any questions we had but rather answered them in great detail. They were efficient in their time, clearly communicated throughout the process, explained the invoice charges before work competed and after, laid out runners and wore booties to keep surfaces clean, and left a beautifully clean job. The work is excellent. Asked other questions about other future jobs and provided quotes. He anticipated our needs/ questions and went above and beyond! Highly recommend Trident Plumbing. Excellent customer service and communication. Sean and Keagan were a dream to work with. They talked me through every step of our sewer leak locate and, as a result, I felt empowered to make good decisions. It was a pleasant, low-pressure interaction from start to finish. Do your research and get multiple quotes, but in the end you'll be glad you went with Trident.

Our great service began with Tori who got us scheduled quickly and was so very nice. She also communicated with city and gas company to get the inspection and plumbing permit. Then Mark came and found the gas leak. He was very thorough and explained the repair. Mark returned the next morning with Teagan. The work included removing and replacing outside brick, cutting through drywall inside, installing new pipe, and more. The finished work was excellent and they cleaned up the work areas. They did everything they could to help us get our gas turned on before the storm hit. We are so appreciative. They were great.

Our experience with Trident Plumbing was very disappointing. They quoted nearly $600 to replace a simple fuse that costs around $20, which we later replaced ourselves. Once the fuse was replaced, the water heater worked normally. The diagnostic visit alone was over $350, and the technician spent a significant portion of the time waiting on the phone with the manufacturer. For such a basic issue, this pricing felt unreasonable. After we chose not to proceed with their service, the owner left a negative review of our business despite never being a customer, and shortly after a complaint was filed with the health department, but we had already fixed the water heater. That sequence of events felt very retaliatory and unprofessional. I would recommend that other business owners get multiple
