Chad installed a Bosch Inverter unit for our home with his wife helping him and I was very pleased with the install. They were responsive, clean, and thorough. Their price point blew everyone else out of the water. Now, to be sure, some of the older reviews indeed concerned me and Chad brought this review process up to me, I did not discuss this with Chad before Chad mentioned it. Chad explained that earlier management (or lack of management) is aging out and he is trying to reimage the name. Chad has also scaled back on employees to keep a better handle on activities on a day to day basis. I can't speak to Stamey's service after the sale, my unit is only a few days old and working as expected but I do believe Chad will do what he says if there are any warranty or labor issues, but if not,

I'm a few years behind so if this is not the same people out of Glenwood then I am sorry. This group installed hvac for me in 2013. The owner of company was out of state, and his employees were out of their mind and on probation. No lie I had to call Ronnie and Chad over one of the employees drinking on the job and peeing in my garage floor. This company also did my plumbing. Sad to say when you run water in sink in the kitchen the toilet bubbles. Would not recommend to work on anything I cared about. Make sure you get what you pay for

Paid over 3k for all new hvac unit ab 6 years ago. Have had nothing but problems out of it since. Morris came out last year, said we were sold a "dud" unit, along with several others by this company. After freezing all winter, we have to buy a whole new unit, but definitely not from this company.

My grandmother who is in her 80's has been having the same issues with her ac unit for a year now they keep saying they will order the part and be back in a week but they never come back they just fix the problem temp because the unit is still under warranty. It takes an act of congress to get them to come out. I would advise anybody not to do business with them.
