Called the company on a recommendation and was very glad I did. Staff was super friendly all around. The receptionist was very helpful and got us set up as quickly as she could. The pump drivers were also timely, very helpful, and just all around friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them moving forward.

First off, let me just say that people are so quick to leave negative comments. I, for one, think it's equally important to give praise for a job well done. These guys were top notch, everyone from the young lady who helped me on the phone while getting an appointment, she was knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and answered all of my questions, even though it was obvious that she was sick, she even apologized several times for that. She even offered me some advice that ended up saving me almost $500.00. Kudos to the owner of this company, your business is never better than your employees and yours are top notch.

Editing initial review: While I had some initial frustrations with this company, they ultimately came back to do the work needed to make things right. I had them install a brand new septic system at our house which required an alternative treatment system, multiple tanks, and a drainfield. The work was done quickly, but a miscommunication resulted in me thinking the system had been completed when it had not. Ultimately, the engineer I worked with (John Ritter - who is absolutely awesome - highly recommended from me) informed the company of some items that were incorrectly installed which they had to come back and fix. We will see how the system performs in the long term, but for now things seem to be ok. I do wish the company had put a little more time and effort in to making the holdin

To reiterate what is already here the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. I called and scheduled our septic pumping and it was completed. The rude lady set the appointment. They came to our company and pumped our septic not a problem. She sends an email 2 weeks later and tells me they will be coming to pump. I politely call her and tell her they have been here. She goes immediately into an insane defensive shouting match with me, telling me I must be confused, look she knows what she is talking about, and proceeded to speak to me like I was some idiot, then she yelled oh well maybe it was somebody else then. I've used Stamie Lyttle a few times since I bought my home a few years ago. Today I called the office at noon because my septic alarm was blaring. By 4pm a busted pipe was fixed. Always great service and friendly people. And the price is reasonable, too.
